The service
AssistantNotes records voice notes, transcribes them, and organizes them with AI, on iOS and the web. The free tier includes a limited number of AI-processed notes per day; Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited notes and premium AI processing.
Your license
- A Pro license key is personal to you and works across your own devices (iOS and web).
- One purchase, lifetime access to the Pro features that exist at purchase time plus future Pro features we add.
- Don't share, resell, or publish your license key. We may revoke keys that are abused or obtained fraudulently.
Your content
Your notes are yours. You're responsible for what you record — make sure you have consent where the law requires it when recording other people.
Fair use
Pro AI processing is intended for personal note-taking. We may throttle usage that looks automated or abusive to keep the service fast for everyone.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is". AI transcription and summaries can contain mistakes — always review important content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
